ES Math Day was a day full of fun math related activities and challenges. The students spent the day playing math board games, reading math related picture books, challenging students on LIVE MATHLETICS and participating in a math based house activity.
The ISS International Day proved to be one of the highlights of the 2015 school year. The students participated in a parade of nations, watching of performances by the MS students as well as taking part in intercultural workshops that were organized by the HS students. The day ended with a buffet lunch which featured food from around the world. A huge thanks to the ISS Community for an exceptional day!!!
How We Organise ourselves - End of unit presentations
The students in G4.2 created 'Invented Organisations' based on their Inquiries throughout the Unit. They looked at how other organisations had structured themselves and strategies they had used to persuade the public to help. They had to think about a specific need and purpose for their organisation as well as what they plan to do to get their organisation up and running. Ms Rehu comes from the land of the long white cloud, home of the hobbits and the World Champion Rugby Team "The All Blacks" . She enjoys rugby, dancing and traveling. She is excited to be part of the Grade 4 team and the ISS Community.
